Some 3,282 enterprises, including 2,700 private companies, were exposed to have made false reports on registered capital and investment by the industrial and commercial department of Qingdao, a coastal city in eastern China's Shandong Province.
The legal representatives of the enterprises were also deprived of their right to register new companies in the next three years.
Since 2001, the industrial and commercial department of the city made a "blacklist" of the dishonest enterprises, whose legal representatives had infringed on the relative policies and regulations.
Some enterprises which purposely avoided annual checkups were also put on the list.
Qingdao has established a database for enterprises' credit to offer an information service for the society since March this year.(Xinhua) Edited by: Yu Liang |
